So what dishes are popular along the Amalfi Coast? Let’s take a look!

Scialatelli – Found in almost every restaurant along the Amalfi Coast, Scialatelli is a combination of two Neapolitan words – scialare which means “to enjoy” and padella which means “frying pan.”

Sarchiapone – Perfect this fall, Sarchiapone is a savory dish that includes pumpkin! The long, stuffed pumpkin looks similar to cannelloni when cut.

Pigniatello all’ amalfitana – Featuring an assortment of seafood such as shrimp, clams, squid and mussels. This is a delectable soup include chili which adds a little kick to the already flavorful dish.

Risotto con agrumi e gamberetti – Citrus fruits are a common ingredient in many of the Italian dishes along the Amalfi Coast. Risotto con agrumi pairs shrimp and citrus risotto, and with the perfect combination of sour oranges, lemons and prawns, this is the ideal summer meal.
