Today, it is still the most noteworthy producer of this type of veal, although many question their methods of raising livestock. However, the practice has altered significantly to reduce antibiotic use and increase the calves’s living space.
How The Calves Are Raised

Normal cuts of veal are a grayish pink in color, while provimi veal has an almost white color to it. This type of veal is also extremely tender when compared with other types.
